Uninstall Guide for Kudoz

Watch the video and follow the steps below:
  1. Turn off Scheduler.
  2. Remove the Auto Resolver Button (if you have the feature enabled).
  3. Remove the Opportunity Score Widget on the Opportunity Page layout.
  4. Remove the Task Cue Widget on the Task Page layout.
  5. Remove Assigned User(s) from the "Kudoz - User" & "Kudoz - Admin" Permission Set.
  6. Uninstall App.

Step by Step

Follow these instructions to uninstall Kudoz.

Turn off Scheduler

  1. In App Setup, click on the Scheduler - Schedule Job screen.
  2. Select "Un-Schedule" and click on "Abort All Scheduled Jobs."

Remove "Kudoz Auto Resolve" Button

  1. Go to the Opportunities tab and click on Setup on the top right to Edit Object.
  2. Click on Search Layouts for Salesforce Classic.
  3. Remove the "Kudoz Auto Resolver" from the selected to available buttons.
  4. Save, and go back to the Opportunity List View "Kudoz Opportunities."

Remove the Opportunity Score Widget from the Opportunity Page

  1. Go to any Opportunity record and click on Setup on the top right to Edit Page.
  2. Remove the Kudoz Opportunity Score Widget from the Page.
  3. Save, and click on the back link on the top right.

Remove the Task Cue Widget from the Task Page

  1. Go to any Task record and click on Setup on the Top Right to Edit Page.
  2. Remove the Kudoz Task Cue Widget from the Page.
  3. Save, and click on the back link on the Top Right.

Remove Assigned Users of the App from the Permission Sets

  1. Click on Setup on the top right.
  2. In the Quick Find, Search for Permission Sets.
  3. Click on the "Kudoz - User" Permission Set and Remove Users via the Manage Assignments option. 
  4. Save, and click on done.
  5. Go back to "Permission Sets" and click remove users from the "Kudoz - Admin" Permission Set.
  6. Save, and click on done.

Uninstall App

  1. Click on Setup on the top right.
  2. In the Quick Find, Search for Installed Packages.
  3. Click on Uninstall for the Kudoz App.
