Configure the Auto Resolver
Watch the video and follow the steps below:
- In the App Setup, click on Auto Resolver.
- Turn on the the Auto Resolver by using the Toggle.
- Enable the respective Auto Resolver rules.
- Click on "Save and Proceed."
