Configure the Auto Resolver

Watch the video and follow the steps below:
  1. In the App Setup, click on Auto Resolver.
  2. Turn on the the Auto Resolver by using the Toggle.
  3. Enable the respective Auto Resolver rules.   
  4. Click on "Save and Proceed."
