Map Salesforce Fields

Watch the video and follow the steps below:
 

1. In the App Setup, click on Field Mapping Opportunity.

2. Map the appropriate Contact Fields from your Salesforce Instance and click "Save and Proceed."

  • Enable the "Merge" feature to update the Lead Source of the Contact to the first Non-Null field of several alternatives but related Lead Source fields such as utm_campaign. This ensures that there are no unknown lead sources.

 3. Map the appropriate Opportunity & Lead Fields from your Salesforce Instance and click "Save and Proceed."

  • The "Merge" feature is available on the Lead Fields to map and ensures that there are no unknown lead sources.
